M&A Analyst (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Support in the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Preparation of company valuations, financial models and presentations
• Carrying out market, competition and company analyses
• Collaboration on pitch decks and mandate documents
• Close cooperation with the project team on ongoing transactions

Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in finance, economics or a comparable field
• First relevant internships or professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Investment Banking
• Very good analytical skills and confident handling of common valuation methods (DCF, multiples, etc.)
• High level of commitment, initiative and team orientation
• Business fluent in German and English
