M&A Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Independent support and management of due diligence processes
• Support in identifying, evaluating and analyzing potential acquisition targets
• Preparation of company valuations, financial models and investment calculations
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, in particular auditors, consultants and lawyers
• Preparation of decision papers for the management and the supervisory board
• Participation in contract negotiations and post-merger integration
• Close cooperation with Corporate Development, Finance and the Management Board

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, accounting or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the M&A environment - ideally in investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance or corporate M&A
• In-depth understanding of due diligence processes and company valuation
• Analytical strength, high attention to detail and structured way of working
• Confident appearance, team orientation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Business fluent in German and English
