M&A Transaction Lawyer for the Underwriting Division (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Drafting legal and commercial documents and negotiating with economically and legally savvy advisors and clients
• Experience in insurance or underwriting is not required
• Independent working style with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and social skills as well as business fluent German and English
• Team player with enthusiasm who can challenge others and at the same time collaborate effectively in a focused, competent environment

Profile

• Relevant professional experience, ideally in an international commercial law firm, at one of the Big Four, or in a comparable position in Germany
• Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and strong communication skills
• Confident use of Excel and data-driven approach to work
• Business fluent English and German skills required
