Tasks

• Taking the lead in complex M&A transactions from the identification of target companies to the closing of the transactions.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses, business valuations and risk assessments to make informed decisions and provide client advice.
• Mentorship and guidance of a team of M&A professionals to ensure excellence and efficiency of transaction execution.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new business opportunities.
• Tracking industry trends, identifying market opportunities and proactively advising clients on M&A strategies.

Profile

• A degree in business administration, finance or similar qualifications.
• Proven experience in the management and implementation of M&A transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis and company valuation.
• A proven ability to acquire and retain customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
