Tasks

• Coordination of information flows, deadline control and file management as well as careful correspondence.
• Preparation and formatting of pleadings, presentations, fee invoices and activity statements.
• Support in client care with a confident and courteous manner.
• Organization of appointments, travel and travel expense reports.
• Proactive, positive support of the team to promote a motivating working atmosphere.

Profile

• High level of diligence, quality awareness and organizational talent.
• Confident handling of MS Office, IT affinity and very good knowledge of English.
• Friendly, team-oriented and clear communication.
• Completed training and relevant professional experience; career changers welcome.
• Ideally experience in assistant roles in the consulting or law firm field and suitable specialist training.
