Associate Director Tax Broker (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Advising and supporting clients on complex tax issues in the area of transactions and structuring
• Development and implementation of customized tax strategies for national and international mandates
• Close cooperation with internal teams (M&A, Corporate Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for the tax structuring of projects, in particular with regard to tax broker models
• Management and further development of junior team members
• Participation in business development activities and the acquisition of new mandates

Profile:

• Completed studies in the field of economics, law or comparable, ideally with a tax focus
• Several years of professional experience in tax consulting, preferably with a focus on transactions, corporate tax or financial services
• Very good knowledge of German and international tax law
• Management experience and pleasure in the further development of employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Business fluent in German and English
