Associate M&A Broker (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Support in the development and implementation of strategies to approach lawyers, fund managers and investment bankers to identify new business opportunities
• Collaboration in the marketing and distribution of the services of the M&A team (W&I insurance)
• Analysis of transactions and support in the creation of customized insurance solutions for M&A deals
• Preparation of presentations, market analyses and offer documents
• Support in establishing and maintaining customer relationships and identifying potential business partners

Profile:

• First practical experience in the M&A, insurance or finance environment, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• Interest in M&A transactions, insurance and economic contexts
• Structured and analytical way of working with a high level of commitment and willingness to learn
• Confident manner and enjoy interacting with clients and partners
• Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as business fluent German and English
