Consultant - Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Implementation of financial due diligence projects on both the buyer and seller side, including transactions, company valuations and restructurings in the context of interdisciplinary mandates
• Direct contact and exchange with our international customers
• Detailed analysis of planning calculations and valuation assumptions for company valuations and transactions
• Support with M&A projects and corporate restructuring

Profile

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of economics (business administration/economics)
• Excellent comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• First experience through internships
• Negotiation skills in English (written and spoken)
