• Approaching investors and negotiating order documents and structures

Profile

• Successfully completed university degree
• Relevant professional experience of 10 to 12 years in transaction advisory at an M&A boutique or investment bank
• Experience in the German mid-cap market
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of business or technical contexts (IT / software affinity an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, confident presentation skills, persuasive negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
