Email Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Creation and optimization of email and WhatsApp automation workflows for personalized and scheduled messages
• Develop and implement measures to increase the conversion rate and user behavior
• Testing and analyzing relevant KPIs, creating reports and deriving recommendations for action
• Creation, maintenance and segmentation of recipient lists, including personalization
• Coordination and creative development of suitable content for newsletters and landing pages
• Use of internal and external channels for subscriber acquisition and target group differentiation

Profile

• You have completed a degree in marketing/communications or comparable training
• You have at least 3 years of experience in newsletter marketing and are confident in using tools such as Emarsys, Mailchimp or HubSpot
• You work in an analytical, number-oriented and segment-based manner
• You are creative, quality-conscious and have a very good sense of language for addressing customers personally
• Very good German and good English skills are also among your strengths
