Tasks

• Coordination of the telephone switchboard, support of the conference technology and organization of the conference rooms
• Efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mail and coordination of courier services
• Management and reordering of office supplies
• Support in accounting and planning of hospitality and company events
• Carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks

Profile

• Completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Calm and confident, even in stressful situations
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit and flexibility
• Service-oriented, quality-conscious and independent way of working with a high level of commitment
