Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Establishment, management and further development of the entire finance department
• Responsibility for accounting, controlling, cash flow management, budget planning and forecasting
• Development and implementation of financial management tools and KPIs
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in cooperation with tax consultants and auditors
• Sparring partner for the management in all financial strategy issues
• Support with M&A projects (due diligence, integration, etc.)
• Optimization of financial processes and development of scalable structures for further growth

Profile:

• Several years of experience in a comparable position in the financial sector, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• Industry knowledge in the fashion, beauty or lifestyle segment
• Sound knowledge of accounting, controlling, liquidity planning and forecasting
• Experience in dealing with fast-growing, dynamic corporate structures
• Ideally experience in accompanying M&A transactions
• Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality and a feel for entrepreneurial contexts
