Head of M&A

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the company's M&A strategy - from the deal sourcing phase to closing
• Independent management and implementation of national and international transactions
• Management and coordination of external consultants, due diligence processes and contract negotiations
• Close cooperation with management, finance, legal and business units
• Development of post-merger integration strategies

What you bring with you:

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the M&A environment (e.g. investment banking, corporate M&A, private equity, consulting)
• Proven transaction experience - you have already successfully managed deals
• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial flair and a hands-on mentality
• Confident appearance at C-level, structured way of working and high level of personal responsibility
• Business fluent in German and English
