Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Strategic development and implementation of our influencer marketing strategy in DACH and, if applicable, internationally
• Identification, approach and negotiation with suitable creators, athletes and opinion leaders
• Building long-term partnerships and continuous relationship management
• Analysis and optimization of influencer campaigns based on KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.)
• Close collaboration with content, social media, performance marketing and brand management
• Planning and managing the influencer marketing budget
• Market and trend monitoring to identify new potential and platforms at an early stage

PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the e-commerce, fashion or lifestyle environment
• Extensive network in the German-speaking influencer market
• High affinity for social media, trends and fitness/lifestyle topics
• Strong negotiator, numbers-driven, strategic thinker
• Experience in using relevant tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, InfluData, Google Analytics etc.)
• German at native speaker level and very good written and spoken English skills
