M&A Manager (m/f/d)

‍Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of potential target companies
• Development and maintenance of a network of founders, investment banks and brokers to generate deal flow
• Responsibility for due diligence
• Collaboration with product and integration teams to check operational and technical compatibility
• Preparation of financial models (including company valuation, earn-out structures, synergy effects) and support in deal structuring
• Management of transaction processes including coordination of internal and external stakeholders (legal, finance, etc.)
• Support in negotiating and finalizing the terms of the contract
• Handover of transactions to the integration team with clear documentation on risks, context and strategic objectives

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the M&A environment, ideally in the financial services or tech sector
• Sound knowledge of financial modeling, due diligence and deal execution
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
