Manager - Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will advise national and international clients, including medium-sized companies through to DAX 30 companies.
• As a project manager, you will lead financial due diligence projects on the buyer and seller side in national and international corporate transactions
• You are responsible for team leadership and reporting for your team using your extensive industry knowledge
• With your expertise, you carry out business analyses of companies and company divisions as well as company valuations in various scenarios

Profile

• You have extensive professional experience in this role, having already successfully taken on project management tasks and initial leadership roles
• Ideally, you will have completed an above-average degree in economics and a professional qualification such as auditor, ACCA or CFA
• Your outstanding understanding of numbers and your excellent analytical and conceptual skills enable you to successfully master even complex tasks
• You are business fluent in German and English
