Tasks

• Research and initial contact with potential target companies
• Carrying out company valuations and preparing offers
• Transaction discussions with potential sellers
• Conducting due diligence reviews and communicating with external partners (including lawyers and tax consultants)
• Conducting negotiations and drafting contracts
• Management of a small M&A team
• Interface function to the integration team
• Close cooperation with the management and regular exchange with investors

Profile

• You have a degree, ideally in business administration or a comparable field.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in M&A.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the German insurance market.
• The quality of your work is very important to you and you attach great importance to precision.
• You have excellent communication skills and speak fluent German.
• You are flexible and open to new topics.
• You are characterized by team spirit, motivation and initiative.
