Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Strategic and operational management of national and international marketplace presences (including Amazon, Zalando, About You, OTTO)
• Optimization of product listings, content and performance metrics on all relevant platforms
• Development and implementation of channel-specific promotion and growth concepts
• Analysis of sales data, market trends and customer feedback to derive recommendations for action
• Management of internal interfaces (e.g. e-commerce, performance marketing, logistics)
• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs (sales, conversion, returns, margins, etc.)
• Expansion of existing and identification of new marketplace partners

PROFILE

• Several years of experience in marketplace management, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle segment
• In-depth knowledge of marketplace algorithms, feed management and product data maintenance
• Confident in using tools such as Amazon Seller Central, ChannelEngine, Tradebyte, Shopify or similar.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a high affinity for numbers
• Independent, structured way of working and hands-on mentality
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
