Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Management, implementation and optimization of paid campaigns on all relevant channels: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Pinterest, possibly others
• Analysis of campaign performance and derivation of recommendations for ROAS optimization
• Testing and scaling of creative in close collaboration with content, design and social media
• Building funnel strategies: from awareness to retargeting - cross-channel and performance-oriented
• A/B testing of ads, target groups and landing pages
• Creation of reports and dashboards for data-based control of the media budget
• Competition monitoring and trend analysis in the paid sector

PROFILE

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in DTC e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle
• Very good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (incl. Google Analytics, GA4, possibly Looker Studio)
• Understanding creative concepts and how they influence performance
• Strongly analytical, structured and goal-oriented
• Experience with tracking, pixel setups, UTM logics and attribution
• Independent, hands-on and motivated to grow together as a team
• Very good German and good English skills
