Tasks

• Development and implementation of strategies to approach lawyers, fund managers and investment bankers to generate business opportunities
• Marketing and selling the services of the M&A team (W&I Insurance)
• Responsibility for sales and growth as well as expanding the existing portfolio by identifying new opportunities
• Understanding each client's business and their insurance needs to provide customized transactional insurance solutions
• Identification of budget managers and decision-makers at customers, development and maintenance of active relationships

Profile

• Experience in large law firms as an M&A lawyer or experience in a similar position with a broker or insurer
• Self-confidence with a commercial approach and a commitment to finding solutions
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
