Our client is a well-known digital agency with a focus on AI & performance marketing. Currently, in a newly developed role, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), fully remote. Within the role you will focus on winning enterprise accounts.

TASKS

  • Responsibility for the acquisition and expansion of enterprise customers (>500 employees, large budgets, complex digital requirements)
  • Development and implementation of strategic sales measures for key accounts from various sectors (including e-commerce, finance, mobility, tech)
  • Conducting pitches, presentations and contract negotiations together with our specialist teams
  • Close cooperation with marketing and the specialist departments to create convincing sales assets and use cases
  • Development, maintenance and scaling of a resilient enterprise network
  • Market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaboration in the strategic further development of the sales process (CRM, scoring, funnel optimization)

PROFILE

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales of digital services, ideally in an agency or technology/SaaS environment
  • Proven success in sales to enterprise-level customers with six-figure budgets
  • Confident in dealing with C-levels, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance channels, martech or related topics
  • Independent, analytical and strong in sales - with a clear hunter mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
