Senior Finance Project and Process Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for strategic finance projects - from roadmap to go-live (e.g. SAP S/4HANA further development, process optimization, development of internal control systems).
• Design and automation of efficient end-to-end processes (record-to-report, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Control of budget, schedule and resources including risk and change management.
• Technical responsibility for the operation and further development of the ERP system.
• Support in overarching topics of the finance organization (accounting, controlling, procurement) as well as close cooperation with HR, IT and external partners.

Profile

• Several years of experience in project management of complex finance or ERP programs, ideally in the SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) environment.
• Sound knowledge of finance and IT processes as well as analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strength in stakeholder management and business partnering with clear, target group-oriented communication.
• Degree in economics or business informatics and professional experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Independent, solution-oriented and a team player - with a passion for design in a dynamic environment.
