- Management of accounting projects, e.g. IFRS/US GAAP
- Conversions, consolidated financial statements and complex accounting issues.
- Support with transactions such as M&A, IPOs, carve-outs and pro forma financial information.
- Professional leadership and responsibility for project teams and client support.
- Collaboration in the acquisition of new projects and expansion of customer relationships with Business Development.
- Further development of the area of expertise with the partners, including contributions to publications and new topics.
- Several years of experience in auditing, financial advisory or accounting/group reporting, ideally in capital market-oriented companies.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, US-GAAP, HGB and reporting.
- Practical experience in managing projects and teams, combined with a passion for passing on knowledge and taking on responsibility.
- Proven acquisition success, resilient network and enjoyment of direct client contact and willingness to travel.
- Business fluent communication in German and English, paired with team spirit and a willingness to innovate.
