(Senior) Project Manager Finance (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for strategic finance projects - from planning to implementation to go-live - with a focus on SAP S/4HANA further development, process and digitalization initiatives and the establishment of an internal control system.
• Design efficient end-to-end processes (record-to-report, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash) and implement solutions for process automation.
• Responsible for budget, schedule and resources, including risk and change management, as well as technical support of the ERP system for operation and further development.
• Support the management of cross-organizational issues in Accounting, Controlling and Procurement and coordinate cooperation with HR, IT and external service providers.

Profile

• Several years of experience in managing complex finance or ERP projects, ideally with in-depth knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) environment.
• In-depth understanding of finance and IT processes as well as strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills with structured methodological competence.
• Ability to present complex issues clearly and comprehensibly, coupled with targeted communication in stakeholder management and business partnering.
• University degree in economics, business informatics or comparable, combined with several years of professional experience in a corporate or consulting environment; independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• A high level of initiative, service orientation and enjoyment of team-oriented work in a dynamic environment with a start-up mentality and creative freedom.
