Tasks

• Actively supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers, as well as building up your own specialized network
• You manage the entire recruitment process from active sourcing to the successful filling of a position
• You define job profiles for the relevant stakeholders and create customized job advertisements
• You are responsible for an outstanding "candidate experience" and thus build up your talent pool

Profile

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have some experience in recruiting
• Experience in recruiting (service)
• You enjoy working with people and are outgoing
• You have a good ability to express yourself and a structured way of working
• You speak and write German and English fluently
