Principle Consultant (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• You acquire and look after your own customers in your target market.
• You take responsibility for challenging recruitment mandates and manage the entire process - from requirements analysis to contract negotiations.
• You advise decision-makers at eye level and develop sustainable customer relationships.
• You will work closely with our research team and conduct interviews and candidate presentations independently.
• You actively contribute to the development of structures, methods and knowledge - with us you can (and should) shape things.

Profile:

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree
• First experience in recruiting
• You enjoy working with people and are outgoing
• You have a good ability to express yourself and a structured way of working
• You speak and write German and English fluently
