Tasks:

• Active support of our recruiting team in day-to-day operations
• Creating and editing digital campaigns and job profiles
• Scheduling and conducting telephone interviews
• Support in active sourcing with the help of LinkedIn and other tools
• Support with ad-hoc analyses, projects and events

Profile:

• You are currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a high affinity for the topic of recruiting
• You enjoy working with people and are outgoing
• You have a good ability to express yourself and a structured way of working
• You speak and write German and English fluently
