‍Tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational business areas
• Optimization and scaling of internal structures in line with company growth
• Close cooperation with the management on strategic development
• Management and further development of interdisciplinary teams
• KPI-based control of processes to increase efficiency
• Implementation of digitization and automation projects

Profile:

• Several years of experience in an operational management role in the eCommerce or fashion environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong hands-on mentality
• Experience in setting up scalable processes in growth phases
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities and a good understanding of numbers
• Business fluent German and good English skills
