CRM & Email Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Independent conception and implementation of automated, personalized CRM campaigns in e-mail marketing to increase customer loyalty.
• Strategic development, planning and management of projects to optimize and further develop the Emarsys Marketing Suite
• Development, implementation, testing and optimization of e-mail campaigns on a national and international level
• Development of a cross-channel customer contact strategy, adapted to specific stores, for online and offline channels, including selection of target groups
• Ongoing analysis and evaluation of campaigns with subsequent derivation of specific recommendations for action.

^Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communication sciences, business administration or comparable training.
• You have several years of experience in e-mail marketing and/or CRM.
• You have a good technical understanding of digital marketing and know the role of email marketing in the marketing funnel.
• Your way of working is independent, structured and careful, and you attach great importance to quality.
• You are capable of learning, have a quick grasp of things and enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in digital trends and innovations and have a strong affinity for e-commerce.
• Your German and English skills are excellent.
