CRM Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the broker management program (MVP) - AMS from Assfinet
  You strategically manage and develop the MVP to ensure optimal use.
• Technical advice and support
  You are the central point of contact for the specialist departments and users at various locations and support them with technical issues and processes.
• Process management and optimization
  You analyze, design and document workflows and comparison programs and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Training and documentation
  You conduct training courses and create comprehensible user documentation for employees.
• Strategic development
  You identify optimization potential and implement innovative solutions to make the broker management program future-proof.

Profile:

• Experience & know-how: You already have experience in working with broker management programs (ideally AMS from Assfinet) and have a good technical understanding.
• Analytical skills: You are able to analyze, optimize and efficiently document processes.
• Strong communication skills: You can explain complex technical issues clearly and design training courses and documentation to suit the target group.
• Initiative & innovative spirit: You recognize potential for improvement and actively contribute new ideas to further develop the MVP.
• Team player: You enjoy working with different departments and supporting your colleagues with technical issues.
