E-Commerce Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Control, monitoring and optimization of all logistics-relevant processes in e-commerce - from goods receipt to delivery to the customer
• Interface between warehouse, customer service, purchasing, e-commerce and external logistics partners
• Selection, management and performance control of fulfillment service providers and shipping service providers (DHL, Hermes, UPS, etc.)
• Monitoring and ensuring delivery times, service quality and returns processing
• Analysis of KPIs (e.g. delivery time, shipment tracking, error rate) to derive optimization measures
• Planning and implementation of logistics-related projects (e.g. process automation, packaging optimization, new shipping countries)
• Responsibility for logistics-side preparation of campaigns and product launches

PROFILE

• Several years of experience in logistics/supply chain in e-commerce (ideally fashion or FMCG)
• Strong understanding of processes and experience with fulfillment partners and shipping service providers
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
• Very good understanding of e-commerce requirements for speed, reliability and customer satisfaction
• Confident handling of common ERP or WMS systems (e.g. Shopify, JTL, plentymarkets, MS Dynamics etc.)
• German at native speaker level, good knowledge of English
