Brand Management (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Overall responsibility for brand management and brand strategy
• Development, implementation and further development of brand positioning, CI/CD and brand identity
• Management and coordination of branding, campaigns, creative, social media and PR
• Management of annual brand and communication planning including storytelling, tonality and target group approach
• Close collaboration with design, influencer marketing, performance marketing and e-commerce
• Development and implementation of integrated 360° campaigns (digital, social, offline, PR, events)
• Ensure consistency of the brand message across all touchpoints
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, community growth, etc.)
• Management, development and expansion of the brand team

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, in the fashion, sports or lifestyle sector
• Strategic brand understanding paired with creative excellence and a flair for aesthetics & trends
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and external agencies/partners
• Successful implementation of integrated brand and communication campaigns
• Very good understanding of digital channels, community building and content marketing
• Strong communicator, inspiring, structured and visionary
• Very good knowledge of German and English
