Tasks

• Strategic and operational development of CRM & Customer Insights
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
• Management of international online and offline CRM measures
• Optimization of touchpoints for new customers, self-services & automation of email/print campaigns
• Further development of digital & international customer loyalty programs
• Development of a cross-channel customer contact strategy
• Analysis & optimization of customer segments to increase campaign performance
• Development of sustainable customer reporting
• Data-based analysis & derivation of optimization measures

Profile

• Completed studies in economics, marketing, communication or a similar field
• Several years of management experience in CRM, ideally in retail
• Expertise in customer loyalty programs & segmentation strategies
• Confident handling of CRM, campaign & analysis tools
• Experience in the automation of campaigns
• Proficient in MS Office & analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI)
• Assertive, proactive & independent in an international environment
• Creativity, customer understanding & affinity for technology
• Very good knowledge of German & English
