M&A Analyst (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an M&A Analyst (m/f/d) for our client, an owner-managed company in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) consulting, which is active in the DACH region, for the position in Munich.

Tasks

As an M&A Analyst, you will be part of the interdisciplinary M&A team that supports national and international clients in the execution of complex transactions.

• You provide transaction advice on buying and selling within national and international teams
• You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the relevant process documents.
• You evaluate companies using industry-standard methods
• You create corporate and marketing documents

Profile

• You have completed your studies (Bachelor / Diploma / Master) in economics with a focus on finance with above-average results
• You have relevant and meaningful experience from your internships or your work as an M&A Analyst
• You have excellent analytical and structuring skills
• You communicate business fluently in German & English
