Market Research Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of market research concepts in cooperation with various specialist departments
• Conducting and supporting quantitative and qualitative studies and desk research
• Preparation and analysis of data to derive strategic recommendations for action for Takko Fashion
• Preparation of regular reports and summaries to support business reviews and decision-making processes
• Coordination and management of market research projects in cooperation with external service providers
• Identification of target group potential and development of new analysis methods
• Carrying out market and competition analyses to derive trends and developments
• Analysis of customer data and customer journeys to optimize marketing and business strategies

Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, sociology or a comparable subject with a focus on market research
• Several years of professional experience in market research or consumer insights, ideally in a dynamic environment
• Confident appearance with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team
• Enthusiasm for digital trends, media and innovative market research methods
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills for working in an international environment
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with relevant analysis tools for data evaluation
