Marketing Manager

Task

• Development and implementation of a targeted content marketing strategy to increase reach and generate leads
• Creation of high-quality content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos and webinars for various channels
• Collaborate with sales to create content that is tailored to customer needs and supports the sales process
• Optimization of existing content for SEO to maximize findability and reach
• Management and strategic development of social media channels to increase visibility and interaction
• Creation of marketing materials for events, campaigns and PR activities

Profile

• Several years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills to present complex topics in a clear, understandable and engaging way
• Experience in the development and implementation of content strategies, especially for lead generation
• Sound knowledge of SEO, social media management and the use of content management systems (e.g. Kirby)
• High affinity for ESG and sustainability topics and interest in the real estate industry
• Experience in using analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Pipedrive to measure performance
• Creativity and independent working style, combined with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
