Partner - Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Partner (m/f/d) for the TAS division of a leading consulting firm that specializes in demanding mandates in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, company valuations and restructurings.

Tasks

- Leading and strategically developing the Transaction Advisory practice, particularly in M&A transactions, business valuations and restructurings
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with national and international clients, including private equity houses, family offices and large corporates
- Independently acquiring and developing new business opportunities and maintaining the existing client base
- Managing and coaching a highly skilled team of advisors and analysts, to develop innovative and customized solutions for our clients
- Coordinating and monitoring financial due diligence projects on the buyer and seller side and preparing well-founded reports and recommendations for action
- Supporting the integration of target companies and restructuring processes
- Working closely with other business areas such as tax, legal and strategy consulting to offer our clients a holistic solution

Profile


- Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering or a comparable field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CPA, auditor) - Many years of experience in transaction consulting, preferably in a management position CFA, CPA, auditor)
- Many years of experience in transaction advisory, preferably in a management position
- Strong expertise in the areas of M&A, company valuations and due diligence
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in client acquisition and relationship building
- Strong leadership skills, assertiveness and the ability to independently manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in German and English
- High willingness to travel and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic and demanding situations
