Personnel Officer (m/f/d) - Recruiting / Personnel Development

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an HR Officer who will be responsible for recruiting, personnel development and employer branding.

Tasks

  • As part of the team, you will be responsible for recruiting for the administrative area, including job advertisements, applicant selection and monitoring the entire application process.
  • You develop strategies for recruiting employees in the retail sector and optimize the corresponding processes.
  • As the main contact person, you will be responsible for the applicant management system.
  • You plan and organize HR marketing measures such as trade fairs and further develop social media recruiting.
  • With your expertise, you will design and implement personnel development measures, including strategic employee development and the training and further education of high potentials.
  • You contribute to the further development of the feedback and corporate culture and optimize the existing onboarding program.
  • You will regularly monitor and report on key figures in the areas of personnel development, demand planning and recruiting.
  • As an interface, you will work on the development of employer branding in collaboration with other departments.
  • You will also oversee existing HR topics in the areas of benefits, onboarding, training and development.

Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in human resources or a degree in business psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources, supplemented by a further qualification in human resources management.
  • You have at least five years of experience in HR, particularly in recruiting, personnel development or employer branding.
  • Your communication and presentation skills as well as your confident use of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are what set you apart.
  • You are experienced in working with applicant management systems and have a strong affinity for IT topics, especially the digitalization of HR processes.
  • Experience in dealing with young talents and employees at all hierarchical levels as well as your empathy, team spirit and service orientation will make you a valuable asset to our team.
