Lawyer / Associate M&A (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Advice on national and international M&A and private equity transactions:
  • Support in the planning, structuring and implementation of company sales, acquisitions and mergers.
  • Analysis of target companies, preparation of due diligence reports and assessment of potential risks.
  • Negotiation of contracts and support in the implementation of the transaction.
• Advice on M&A insurance solutions in a market-leading team:
  • Advice on liability issues, damage limitation and financial safeguards in the context of M&A deals.
  • Collaboration with insurers and other stakeholders to implement the optimal hedging strategy.
• Advice on joint ventures and complex corporate law issues:
  • Drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements, including the definition of governance structures and exit strategies.
  • Advice on corporate law issues such as restructuring, compliance or dispute resolution.
  • Support in resolving conflicts between joint venture partners or shareholders.

Profile

• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills:
  • Lawyer (m/f/d) with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and at least three years of experience in M&A/private equity.
  • Ability to strategically support clients in demanding transactions and create added value.
• Excellent legal qualifications:
  • Above-average exams that demonstrate a sound legal understanding and a high level of professional competence.
• Creativity and the will to design:
  • Enjoy developing innovative solutions for clients.
  • Interest and commitment to actively participate in the further development of the firm.
• International language and negotiation skills:
  • Business fluent in English, ideally strengthened by experience abroad.
  • Ability to act confidently on the international stage.
• Team-oriented personality with leadership potential:
