Our client is an owner-managed full service agency that has historically emerged from the PPC sector. In the course of the growth of the sales department, we are now looking for several Senior Sales Managers (m/f/d) in Berlin.

Tasks

  • As part of the team, you are the contact person for existing customers, new customers and partnerships
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of incoming leads, including up- and cross-selling by orchestrating all stakeholders involved in the process
  • With your expertise in digital marketing, you advise potential customers on our solutions, identify possible sales potential and develop customized solutions
  • You create convincing pitch presentations & offers and negotiate contract terms
  • You track your sales targets in our CRM system (Salesforce) and report them in collaboration with our Revenue Operations team
  • You keep an eye on customer satisfaction with our Client Happiness Surveys and take countermeasures if there is a risk of losing a customer

Profile‍

  • For this position, you will impress us with your know-how and at least three years of professional experience in sales
  • You have completed your training and/or studies
  • Your mix of sales expertise and very good understanding of online marketing make you an indispensable key player for our company's success
  • You are sales-driven and characterized by strong self-confidence
  • Your communication skills are first-class - in German and English, you are authentic in your dealings with business managers and can present your position clearly to them
