Tasks

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales in the target markets of Germany and Italy.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers in the HORECA sector.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and acquisition of new customers.
  • Observation and analysis of market trends and competitors in order to develop optimal strategies.
  • Preparation and negotiation of offers, contracts and conditions.
  • Close cooperation with internal teams, e.g. marketing and product development, in order to optimally fulfill customer requirements.

Profile

  • You have a proven track record in sales, ideally in the HORECA industry or in the kitchen appliances sector
  • You are business fluent in German and Italian; knowledge of English is a plus
  • You can present convincingly and build lasting relationships
  • You are flexible and willing to travel regularly within the target markets
  • You recognize market developments and can react strategically to them
  • You act on your own initiative, are goal-oriented and have a feel for business opportunities
