M&A Underwriter (m/f/d)

Task

• Adept at drafting legal and commercial documents with the ability to negotiate with commercially and legally savvy advisors and clients. Insurance or underwriting experience is not required
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of both German and English
• Enthusiastic and dedicated team player who can challenge other team members while collaborating in a highly focused and skilled work environment.

Profile

• Relevant professional experience, preferably in an international law firm, with the Big 4 or in a similar position in Germany
• Analytical strength and a pronounced affinity for numbers as well as communication skills
• Excel and data-oriented work
• German at C1 level required
