AI recruiting in the M&A market

In the world of recruiting, we are on the cusp of an exciting change: AI-based recruiting is coming to the forefront and changing the way companies find and hire talent. But how does this differ from the traditional approach and why are we at VentureLink Partners using a combination of both worlds?

🔍 AI recruiting relies on data and algorithms, while traditional approaches are based on personal impressions.

⏱️ Efficiency: AI recruiting automates processes and saves time.

🛑 Bias reduction: AI recruiting minimizes bias through objective criteria, unlike traditional approaches that may be more susceptible to human bias.

🤝 Direct interactions create an authentic connection between applicants and companies.

🎯 Face-to-face interviews enable a more precise assessment of soft skills such as teamwork and communication skills.

🔄 Flexibility and adaptability: A personal approach allows the recruitment process to be customized.

My conclusion on this topic is that a future-oriented approach to recruiting should be based on AI. Nevertheless, the traditional, personal approach cannot completely replace the process. Personal interaction in the recruiting process remains an essential component that should not be underestimated. Especially in M&A recruiting, both components are fundamental to finding the right employees.
