What your tasks are:

  • Active support in the recruiting process: Supporting the team in operational and strategic day-to-day business, including organizing interviews and supervising the application process.
  • Creation of job advertisements and campaigns: Formulating, publishing and maintaining job profiles on platforms such as StepStone, LinkedIn and other job boards. Development and implementation of digital campaigns to attract talent.
  • Active sourcing: Independent identification and approaching of qualified candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, XING and StepStone. Use of networks and tools to directly approach talented individuals who are not actively looking for a job.
  • Candidate management: scheduling and conducting telephone or virtual interviews. Follow-up and documentation of interviews in the applicant management system.
  • Analysis and reporting: Support in the creation of ad-hoc analyses and reports on the status of recruiting projects. Data preparation and support in decision-making.
  • Project work and events: Collaboration on internal projects in the area of employer branding and talent acquisition. Organization of and participation in recruiting events and trade fairs.
  • Proactive communication: development and maintenance of talent pools and continuous exchange with potential candidates. Contact person for applicants throughout the entire process.

What you already bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • First experience in recruiting
  • You enjoy working with people and are outgoing
  • You have a good ability to express yourself and a structured way of working
  • You speak and write German and English fluently
